Registration Information

All participants, including presenting authors, co-authors, attendees, and invited speakers, are required to complete the online registration process before attending the conference. Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, keynote lectures, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and the electronic conference proceedings.

Registration Procedure

  1. Complete the online registration form.
  2. Pay the registration fee (when applicable).
  3. Receive a confirmation email.
  4. Present the confirmation upon arrival at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference secretariat. Refund conditions, if applicable, will be communicated after the registration system becomes available.

Invitation Letter

Participants requiring an invitation letter for administrative purposes may request one after completing their registration. Invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants.
